Our story

When I sold my business I wanted buyers to understand what I'd built. They didn't.

I came away with two conclusions: I wanted to be on the other side of the table and I wanted to do it right.

I spent time looking for a challenge I wanted to solve in professional services and conveyancing kept coming up.

Everyone's got a horror story and everyone assumes it should "just work" or be "replaced with AI."

I quickly realised the truth is much more messy and much harder to solve. But solving complex operational problems in professional services is exactly what we like to do.

How we work

Conveyancers are highly trained professionals. The best ones are precise, methodical, and deeply committed to their clients. What slows them down is rarely the legal work. It's everything around it.

Our model is simple. We take care of everything that isn't legal work. Workflows, technology, client communication, back-office processes. We build the infrastructure that lets your people focus on what they trained for.

The firms we acquire keep their name, their people, and their culture. We don't arrive with a rebrand and a restructure. We arrive with a set of tools and the experience to use them.

What we're building is a group of firms that are better run, better supported, and more rewarding to work in. For owners, for staff, and for clients.
